Dave Palmer is a double Gold medalist after winning the Mixed Doubles with Rachel Grinham when they defeated Englands Allison Walters & Peter Barker in a close match 11 - 8, 11 - 10 at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth games.

38 year old Palmer brought himself out of retirement to play in the doubles in Glasgow, he now has a total of 8 medals, the most any squash player in history has ever achieved.

David had a back to back follow up match with Cameron Pilley in the Mens Doubles to pull off his second Gold against Englands Adrian Grant & Nick Matthews in another awesome match winning 2\1    10-11 , 11-7 , 11-9.

Congrats to Cameron Pilley & Kasey Brown who won the Bronze Mixed Doubles

The squash factory was lucky enough to have Dave Palmer and another Aussie doubles player Matt Karwalski play an spectacular exhibition match on June 20th to a packed crowd. We were very grateful we all got to witness Australia's Gold Medalist Player in action at our centre.
